Mince 'n' tatties

Mince 'n' tatties will put hair on yer chest - apparently! The Scottish staple mince, cooked with onion and a wee carrot and served with mashed tatties and sometimes peas/any other veg kicking around. If you were lucky there would still be a doorstep (end) of bread to mop up the gravy with. Illustrated by Athena McLellan using pens.
