This tasty card depicts the humble tattie scone. Made from floury potatoes, this is mixed with flour and a little salt and shaped into circles then divided into triangles. This little beauty should form part of a Scottish breakfast and should be fried to accompany the square sausage, bacon, black pudding, etc. It also lifts a crispy Scottish morning roll with the addition of bacon/sausage.
